Loch van Den Berg

Loch van den Berg is an experienced industrial relations professional currently serving as the National Manager of Industrial Relations at Calvary Health Care since September 2020. Previously, Loch worked as Employment Counsel at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation from July 2017 to September 2020 and as Industrial Relations Lead at Uniting from June 2016 to June 2017, where responsibilities included developing an Industrial Relations Strategy and leading negotiations for multiple Enterprise Agreements. From February 2009 to April 2016, Loch was the Group Employee Relations Counsel at NRMA, handling a wide range of employee relations matters and representing the organization in legal disputes. Loch's legal career began in the early 1990s, gaining significant experience as an Associate Lawyer and in various senior roles in workplace relations and safety. Loch holds a Diploma in Law from the University of Sydney and completed schooling at St Leo's College with a Higher School Certificate.
