Luke Sams

Luke Sams is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the NSW / QLD Regional Chief Executive Officer and National Executive Advisor for Aged Care at Calvary Health Care since August 2018. With a strong background in aged care management, Luke has operational accountability for multiple residential aged care services and provides strategic advice to enhance client experiences. Previous roles include Regional Manager at The Salvation Army Aged Care Plus, Service Manager at Allity Aged Care, Director of Operations at Bupa, and Health Service Manager at Hunter New England Local Health District. Luke holds a Graduate Certificate in Nursing Practice from the University of Newcastle and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the University of New England.
