Eliza Pepper

Eliza Pepper is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and consulting. Currently serving as a Board Member at Calvert Impact and a member of the Investment Committee at The Art Students League of New York, Eliza's previous roles include Managing Director at UBS and CIO at XP Inc. Eliza's career also includes positions at Gaia Advisors LLC, Itaú Unibanco, UBS Wealth Management, Citi, US Trust, and JPMorgan Chase & Co., demonstrating a strong background in institutional consulting and investment research. Eliza holds a Master of Public Administration in Finance and Public Policy from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
