Krystal Langholz

Chief Community Officer, Climate United at Calvert Impact

Krystal Langholz is a seasoned professional in community outreach, impact management, and strategic development, currently serving as Chief Community Officer for Climate United at Calvert Impact since October 2022. Previously, Krystal held the position of Director of Strategy, focusing on new product and program development, syndications, and fund implementation. With extensive experience at Oweesta Corporation as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice-President of Strategy and Capitalization from November 2013 to July 2022, Krystal managed capitalization, communication departments, and special projects while fostering innovative financing products and partnerships. Prior experience includes ownership of Krystal Langholz Consulting, which provided strategic support to the Native CDFI field, and serving as Executive Director of Hunkpati Investments, where the mission was to enhance the quality of life for the Crow Creek Community. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Anthropology and Community Development from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Religion from Luther College.
