Theresa Johnson, MBA, MSM has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Theresa began their career at Simon Property Group in 1999 as the Marketing Director. Theresa then joined the College of Southern Maryland in 2001 and held positions such as Senior Executive Director Marketing and subsequently Assistant Vice President, Marketing. In 2015, they joined CalvertHealth as the Executive Director, Foundation and later became the Associate Vice President. Currently, they serve as the Vice President, Brand Strategy and Philanthropy at CalvertHealth.

Theresa Johnson, MBA, MSM, completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Maryland between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication, Journalism from East Carolina University from 1983 to 1987.
