Nikki Hauck

Nikki Hauck is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in health care administration and management. Currently serving as the President and CEO of Calvin Community since January 2020, Nikki has also held the roles of interim President/CEO and Chief Financial Officer within the organization. Prior to this, Nikki was the Financial Integration Manager at Life Care Services from April 2014 to January 2020. Educationally, Nikki holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Health Care Administration from the University of Iowa, as well as a degree in Nursing Home Administration from Des Moines Area Community College, and an undergraduate degree from William Penn University.
