Sheila Oliver

Sheila Oliver has extensive experience in municipal management and regulatory compliance, currently serving as Chief Building Official (C.B.O.) at Calvin, Giordano & Associates since July 2015, a role assumed after starting with the company in February 2009. Prior to this position, Sheila held multiple certifications and roles, including Certified Municipal Inspector (CMI), Approved Building Official (ABO), and Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) at the Town of Pembroke Park from September 2007 to July 2015, and as CMI for the City of Hollywood, Florida from November 1993 to September 2007.
