Maximilian Rieder

Maximilian Rieder is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance and business development. Currently serving as Vice President at Lincoln International since November 2024, Rieder also co-founded Calvin Risk in November 2021. Previous roles include Vice President at TCG Corporate Finance and M&A & Business Development at valantic. Rieder began a career in finance as an intern at SP Global Capital and has held research assistant positions at both IESE Business School and the Technical University Darmstadt. Rieder's entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated as co-founder and manager of Eazy Jobs from September 2009 to March 2011. Academically, Rieder holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Technische Universität Darmstadt and two Bachelor’s Degrees from the Technical University of Munich in Technology & Management and Management & Technology.
