Rick Weina

Rick Weina has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Rick began their career as an Audit Supervisor at Ernst & Young in 1987. Rick then moved on to Thermo Electron where they held finance positions at Nicolet Instruments from 1990 to 1993. After that, they joined Newell Rubbermaid as a Finance Manager for Mirro from 1993 to 1998.

In 1998, Rick joined SC Johnson and held various finance roles including Cost Manager for US Ziploc Operations, Worldwide R&D Controller, US Financial Support Manager for Home Cleaning, and US Home Cleaning Finance Director. Rick continued their career with SC Johnson - Europe as the European Air Care Finance Director in 2008.

From 2008 to 2011, Rick served as the Finance Director for Global Product Supply at SC Johnson. In 2011, they joined Johnson Controls as the VP of Finance for Industrial Refrigeration, Global Manufacturing, and R&D. Rick later became the VP of Finance for Global Integrated Supply Chain from 2012 to 2014.

In 2015, Rick became the CFO at Impact Confections until 2019 when they transitioned to their current role as CFO at King Juice Co./Calypso Lemonade. Throughout their career, Rick has also served as a School Board Member at Union Grove Union High School from 2004 to 2008.

Rick Weina attended Manitowoc Lincoln High School from 1980 to 1983, where they pursued a general course of study. Beginning in 1983, they enrolled at the Wisconsin School of Business and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1987. During their time at the Wisconsin School of Business, Rick focused their studies on Accounting and Personnel Management.
