Mark Dawson

Mark Dawson is an experienced HRIS professional with a strong focus on Workday solutions. Currently serving as Senior Director of HRIS at CALYX since July 2023, Mark previously held the role of Workday Development Manager at Tate & Lyle, where the emphasis was on optimizing Workday functionality. With a background as a Senior Workday Consultant at OneSource Virtual, Mark contributed to various key projects across multiple sectors, including charities, manufacturing, and healthcare organizations. Prior experience at Grant Thornton UK LLP involved roles as Workday Solutions Assistant Manager and Systems Analyst, focusing on payroll and HR systems integration. Additionally, Mark served as a Board Trustee for WISE, which supports those in need by providing essential furniture.
