Shailendra Kshirsagar

Shailendra Kshirsagar has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Shailendra started their career at SUN PHARMA as a Quality Control/Assurance Officer, where they were responsible for analyzing in-process, intermediate, and finished products. Shailendra also conducted raw material analysis and analyzed recovered solvent. Shailendra then worked at Lupin India as a Research Associate, where they were accountable for technology transfer of analytical methods from R&D to QC. Shailendra was also responsible for analytical method development and validation of solid oral and API products. After that, Shailendra joined EMCURE Pharmaceuticals Limited as a Manager QA in the Solid Oral Division. Shailendra handled compliance activities, root-cause analysis, and performed various quality management system tasks. Shailendra also acted as a Research Scientist, leading development activities for API, solid oral, and injectable products. In their role, they managed analytical method development, validation, and technology transfer. Shailendra then became the General Manager of Quality Assurance at Choksi Laboratories Limited, overseeing quality management systems and successfully clearing a USFDA audit. Shailendra later worked as the DGM of Quality Assurance at Enaltec Labs Pvt Ltd before becoming the Head of Quality Assurance/Quality Control at Calyx Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd., where they successfully handled a USFDA audit and was responsible for approving various quality management system documents.

Shailendra Kshirsagar completed their Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 1998. Shailendra later pursued a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry, specializing in Analytical Chemistry. The exact years for their Master's degree are not provided.
