Prarthana Jairath

Prarthana Jairath currently serves as the Head of Corporate Development & Operations at Calyx Global since May 2023. Prior to this role, Prarthana held various positions at HubSpot from June 2018 to February 2023, including Program Manager for International GTM Strategy & Operations, where notable achievements included driving a 40% increase in lead generation for international markets and leading the development of strategic country playbooks. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at Crayon Data, where Prarthana managed investor relations and led crucial funding initiatives, and as a People Partner, driving recruitment from 10 to approximately 100 employees. Prarthana’s career began at IBM as an Industrial Trainee focused on project management in Security & Risk. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Bath and earlier studies at The International School Bangalore.
