Caspar Hogeboom has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Caspar started their career at Baxter International Inc. in 1992, where they served as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing until 2006. In 2006, they joined Cerus as the General Manager of Sales and Marketing and later became the President of Cerus EMEA in 2008. Caspar held this position until 2016, when they became the CEO of CAM Bioceramics B.V.

Caspar Hogeboom attended IMD in 2014, where they studied Orchestrating Winning Performances. From 1994 to 1996, they studied Business Administration and Management, General at Teesside University. Prior to that, from 1981 to 1985, they pursued Physical Therapy at Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
