Previously, Ponzetti held roles such as Applications Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Engineer at Whitesell Group, and Lead Product Designer at Turnstyle Enterprises Inc., bringing extensive expertise in CAD, CAM, CAE, and cost reduction strategies in customer-centric environments. Ponzetti's early career included positions as a Tooling Designer/Project Manager and Detailer/Tooling Designer, contributing significantly to the automotive industry through effective project management and manufacturing engineering. The journey began with an apprenticeship at Delta Technologies, gaining foundational experience in CNC machining and plastic injection molding.
