Gilles Ateba has extensive experience in the telecommunications and IT support sectors, currently serving as Chef du service Call Centre at CAMAIR-CO since August 2011. In this role, responsibilities include training both new and existing users, providing first-level support for system malfunctions, coaching users for system upgrades, testing new product features, managing projects aimed at system improvement, and overseeing the user database. Previously, from September 2008 to January 2011, Gilles served as Team Leader for Technical Support at Ringo Group SA, where duties involved online support for subscribers, administration and configuration of call management applications, and implementation of scripts for client campaigns. Earlier experience includes a position as NOC Technician at Creolink Communications from May 2006 to June 2007.
