Rafael Martins

Rafael Martins is a web developer and IT technician at Câmara Municipal de Loures since October 2015. Rafael also worked as a technical assistant in various roles such as accounting and assets division, general informations unit, and as an operational assistant. Rafael has experience as an accounting assistant at FS Consultores and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from ISCAL-Lisbon Accounting and Business School.
