Patricia Calabuig

Patricia Calabuig is an experienced psychologist and consultant specializing in the selection, development, and motivation of individuals. With a career spanning several roles since 1994, Patricia has held significant positions within various organizations, including DESARROLLO+TALENTO, Cámara de Comercio de Valencia, Foxize, and the Ayuntamiento de Chiva, focusing on organizational development, emotional intelligence, and human resources. Notably, Patricia served as a psychological advisor for long-term unemployed individuals and has also contributed to talent acquisition and recruitment strategies at Different Roads.
