John L. Holmes

John L. "Jack" Holmes has a diverse work experience in the field of logistics and management. John L. "Jack" most recently worked at HII Technical Solutions as a Senior Logistics Analyst and Principal, starting in November 2018. Prior to that, they were employed at CACI International Inc as a Senior Logistics Analyst and Principal from June 2015 to November 2018. John L. "Jack"'sresponsibilities at CACI included providing logistics support for the AN/SLQ-32 Suite of Above Water Sensors.

Before joining CACI, Jack was associated with URS Corporation for nearly two decades. From 2007 to 2015, they served as the PM AAA Deputy Technical Manager and Logistics Team Lead, overseeing a team of engineers, logisticians, analysts, and subject matter experts in various DOD programs. Prior to that, they held the position of EFV Senior Logistics Analyst and Logistics Team Lead from 2000 to 2007.

Jack's early career involved working at Technology, Management, and Analysis (TMA) as a T-AKR 300 and T-AKR 296 Class Project Manager from May 1996 to December 2000.

John L. "Jack" Holmes has a diverse education history. John L. "Jack" obtained a Master's of Science Degree in Business Management; Acquisition and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Before that, in 1981, they completed Naval Flight Officer (NFO) Training at Aviation Officer's Candidate School (AOCS) in VT-10, focusing on Naval Aviation. John L. "Jack" also holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Education Science from the State University of New York Cortland, which they earned between 1977 and 1980. Prior to that, in 1976 and 1977, they studied Education at Central Connecticut State University and obtained a Bachelor's of Science Degree. Jack's educational journey began in Scotia-Glenville Senior High School, where they completed the Honors/Regents High School/Secondary Diploma Program to receive their Regents Diploma in 1972. Aside from their formal education, Jack also holds a certification in DAWIA Level II -- Logistics and Facilities from Defense Acquisition University.
