Beth Tate serves as the Vice President and Chief of Staff at Cambia Health Solutions, a position held since 2008, where leadership focuses on transformation and operational excellence in data and technology solutions while supporting the CIO and Senior Vice President of Strategy Technology Solutions. Prior to this role, Beth held various positions in human resources, including HR Director and Senior HR Business Partner at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon from 2004 to 2008, and further experience as a Human Resources Consultant at Standard Insurance Company and National Field Recruiter at Shared Healthcare Systems. Educationally, Beth holds an MBA in Management from Western Washington University and a BBA in HR Management from The University of New Mexico.
