Michael Bassett currently serves as President and CEO of Eventus Consulting and is a Board Member at Snowline Hospice. Previously, Michael held the role of Vice President of Member Experience at Alignment Healthcare, where responsibilities included enhancing patient-centered operations amidst corporate expansion. Michael's tenure at Blue Shield of California encompassed leadership roles focusing on operational excellence and customer experience for a large-scale organization serving millions. Additional experience includes senior positions at Care Innovations®, Intel Corporation, and Verizon, showcasing a strong background in business development, operational strategy, and healthcare technology. Michael holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of West Florida.
