Andreas Bogatic has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andreas started their career in 2000 as a Temporary Lecturer at Linnaeus University, where they developed and taught courses on ethnicity and integration. Andreas then worked as a Vice President at Vision Fackförening, where they were responsible for handling local negotiations and representing members in labor-related matters.

In 2002, Bogatic joined Växjö Kommun, initially working as a High School Teacher before transitioning to the role of System Engineer. Andreas was responsible for the procurement, support, and development of the IT infrastructure for a high school. Eventually, they became the Head of Client & System Management, leading a team of 9-15 employees and overseeing budgeting, personnel management, and technical delivery. Andreas also played a key role in driving strategic and operational change within the organization, implementing Lean IT practices and acting as the process owner for various ITIL processes.

From 2012 to 2015, Bogatic served as a Federal Board Member and Head of the Nomination Committee at Sverok – Spelhobbyförbundet, a youth organization with over 100,000 members. Andreas'sresponsibilities included strategic board work, leadership support, and organizational development.

In 2016, Bogatic joined Norrköpings Kommun as an IT Business Developer and Acting Head of the Technical Department. Andreas subsequently worked at Entiros Integrations as a COO and Group Manager of Academy, overseeing training and development programs.

More recently, Bogatic has worked as a Management Consultant and Operational Improvement Manager at Cambio Healthcare Systems, where they have been involved in various projects, such as establishing service delivery and management for a future healthcare information system.

Andreas Bogatic has a varied education history. In 1995, they attended Linnaeus University and studied Geografi. The following year, in 1996, they continued at the same university but switched their field of study to Historia. In 1997, they pursued a degree in Religionsvetenskap at Linnaeus University.

In 1998, Andreas enrolled at KomVux for Nätverks- och systemadministration. During the same year, they also attended Linnaeus University again, this time focusing on Studentaktiviteter. In 1999, they furthered their education in Nätverks- och systemadministration at Växjö Yrkeshögskola and attained a Yrkeshögskoleexamen som Systemtekniker.
