Ade Adegoke

Ade Adegoke is an experienced IT Change Manager with a strong background in change management and operational oversight across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior IT Change Manager at Smile CDR Inc. since August 2021, Ade previously worked at IHS Towers from February 2015 to August 2020, progressing from Regional Manager to Manager of Network Operations. Ade's experience includes collaborating on ITSM policies, convening change advisory board meetings, and improving service availability metrics. Prior roles include Lead of Service Operations and Incident Management at Huawei Technologies, as well as Network Surveillance Engineer at Laplace Technologies. Ade holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Lagos and completed a course focused on IT Workplace Communication at Ryerson University in 2021.
