Henrik Lönndahl

Henrik Lönndahl has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Henrik began their career as a Förvaltningsassistent at Graflunds in 2006. Henrik then moved on to Ericsson in 2008, where they served as a Software Designer, developing and maintaining a load simulator for testing the Radio Network Controller node within a UMTS network.

In 2011, Henrik joined XDIN AB as an Embedded Software Designer, working on the development of Ericsson baseband software. Henrik later joined Ascom as a Software Designer and Scrum Master, where they played a crucial role in developing and maintaining an embedded messaging platform for mission-critical healthcare systems.

Henrik then transitioned to Sigma IT Consulting in 2015, initially serving as an Agile Scrum Master and Developer, working on a team responsible for developing functionality for Ericsson Radio Base Station products. Henrik took on additional roles as a Consultant Unit Team Leader and later as a Delivery Manager, overseeing a home-shore team delivery for Ericsson AB.

In 2020, Henrik joined Cybercom Group as a Consultant Team Leader before moving to Cambio Group as an Interim Development Manager and eventually as a Development Manager, focusing on leading and supporting development teams.

Most recently, Henrik served as a Consultant Unit Manager at Nexer Group, where they were responsible for leading and supporting the consultant team in Linköping, prioritizing customer satisfaction and providing strategic leadership.
