Sara Slusarski Ma

Sara Slusarski, MA, SHRM-CP is currently the Director of Human Resources at Cambium Analytica, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Oxford Companies from November 2018 to September 2021 as a Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, they implemented a new learning management system, developed a safety program, and revamped the orientation/onboarding process. From July 2015 to August 2018, Sara worked at MidMichigan Health as an Education Specialist, where they created a leadership development program and coordinated onboarding schedules for new leaders. Before that, they held various positions at Saginaw Valley State University, including Director of Student Wellness Programs and Assistant Director/Health & Wellness Educator. In these roles, Sara established a new department, supervised employees and volunteers, and planned and marketed wellness programs.

Sara Slusarski, MA, SHRM-CP has a strong educational background in administrative science and psychology. Sara earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Saginaw Valley State University, graduating in 2008. Following that, they pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Administrative Science at Saginaw Valley State University, completing their studies in 2013.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sara has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills and knowledge. Sara obtained the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) - 30 Hour Training certification from OSHA in January 2019. Sara also completed the First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification from the American Heart Association in June 2018. Furthermore, they earned the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June 2018. These certifications demonstrate Sara's commitment to maintaining up-to-date expertise in their field.
