Natalie S. Morgan, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Natalie began their career in 2006 as a Mathematics Teacher at Baltimore County Public Schools, where they eventually took on a leadership role as a Team Lead. In 2012, they joined the American Institutes for Research and worked their way up from a Math Test Developer I to a Math Team Lead, Senior Test Developer. Natalie'sresponsibilities included leading a team and developing math tests. In 2020, they transitioned to Cambium Assessment, where they continued to excel in leadership roles. Natalie started as a Math Team Lead, Test Development Manager, and quickly progressed to Math Unit Lead and eventually became the Director of the Math Test Development Unit.
