Angélique de Ridder

Amanda Ng is an experienced Operations Analyst at Disney Cruise Line since January 2024, and has been with The Walt Disney Company since March 2019, serving as Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator for two Disney waterparks, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. In this role, Amanda oversees over 100 Cast Members daily, fostering a strong teamwork culture while implementing operational strategies. Previous positions include Operations Integration Intern and Competition Coordinator, where responsibilities included supporting operational integrations and managing logistics for large-scale events, respectively. Amanda began the journey with The Walt Disney Company through the Disney College Program from February 2017 to August 2018 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
