Joe Deptowicz is a Senior UX Designer at Lexia Learning, focusing on the evolution of LETRS, a professional learning course for educators. As the owner of Winmore, Joe leads a remote team dedicated to creating custom digital solutions optimized for user experience and accessibility. Joe previously served as the Digital Creative Lead at PLANIT Studios, where a pioneering Augmented Reality product was developed, and has held roles such as Youth Pastor and Product & Brand Specialist, contributing to design and branding projects. Joe's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Cedarville University and a Certificate in Design Thinking and Innovation from Harvard Business School Online.
