Lynne Piper

Lynne Piper, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Compensation at Cambium Learning Group, a position held since November 2022, after previously managing compensation at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc., and UniFirst Corporation. With extensive experience in compensation management, Lynne has held various roles, including Manager of Compensation, Compensation Supervisor, Senior Total Rewards Analyst, and Talent Acquisition Specialist, among others, at UniFirst Corporation. Earlier career experience includes roles as Project Coordinator at cm&b, Inc. and Recruiter at Complete Staffing Solutions, Inc. Academically, Lynne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Franklin Pierce University.
