Kari Lavin

Kari Lavin has extensive experience in compensation management, currently serving as Compensation Manager at Integer Holdings Corporation since July 2021. Prior roles include Compensation Manager at Life Time Inc., where strategic compensation consulting services were provided and compliance with external laws was ensured, along with positions as Compensation Business Partner and Senior Compensation Analyst. Earlier experience includes over a decade at Cargill in various compensation and HR roles, and positions in payroll and administration at Paychex Inc. and Professional Hospitality. Kari holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from St. Cloud State University.
