Lawrence Weizeorick

Lawrence Weizeorick has over 30 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Lawrence began their career in 1986 as a Senior Engineer at McDonnell Douglas. From 1988 to 1996, they worked at Tellabs as a Staff Engineer, where they were responsible for hardware and DSP code development. At Tellabs Inc / Coriant Inc, Lawrence held various roles from 1996 to 2017, including Sr Staff Engineer and Sr Principal Engineer. Lawrence was involved in FPGA design and development, designing multiple FPGAs for various modules and cards. Lawrence also worked on ASICS design and development, taking the lead on the design of OC48 SONET Processing ASIC and STS12 Mapper ASIC. In 2017, Lawrence joined Cambium Networks as a Senior Principal Engineer.

Lawrence Weizeorick completed a Master's Degree in Digital Signal Processing from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1985.
