Thear Ratha

Thear Ratha has a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Cambodia. Currently, Thear Ratha is the Human Resources Manager at Cambodian Children's Fund since July 2015. Prior to this role, Thear Ratha worked as an HR Assistant at Cambodian Children's Fund and also completed an HR Assistant Internship at Manulife (Cambodia) PLC. Thear Ratha holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of Cambodia and has also studied at ACE.
