Candace Williams

Candace Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and process improvement. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager and Six Sigma Process Improvement Specialist at Cambrex since February 2015, Candace has earned several awards including "On the Spot," "Values," and "Volunteerism." In addition to this role, Candace is the business owner of The Knot Shoppe since December 2019. Prior experience includes a tenure as a lab technician at Zoetis from April 2009 to January 2015, where responsibilities included process scheduling and inventory management, along with accolades such as the "Going the Extra Mile" award. Candace holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science, Business Management from Buena Vista University and an Associate's Degree in Arts from North Iowa Area Community College, complemented by multiple Six Sigma certifications.
