Ritu Vadgama

Ritu Vadgama is an experienced pharmaceutical scientist currently serving as Associate Scientist II in Formulations at Cambrex since February 2024, focusing on formulation and drug product process development. Previously, Ritu held the position of Product Development Scientist at Nostrum Laboratories, Inc. from November 2018 to February 2024, leading the development and troubleshooting of generic oral solid drug products while ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations. Ritu's earlier experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where research involved formulating microemulsions for drug delivery and assisting in pharmaceutics education. Ritu began a career in quality control as an Analytical Scientist at Enem Nostrum Remedies Pvt. Ltd. Ritu holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Mumbai, and an MBA from the University of the Cumberlands.
