Sydney Douglas

Sydney Douglas is a seasoned professional in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as Manager of Operational Excellence at Cambrex since May 2021. Prior experience includes managerial roles at WCG IRB and Copernicus Group IRB, where responsibilities encompassed training management, curriculum development, and client relations. Sydney has a strong background in instructional design and training needs analysis, having developed and implemented training initiatives in compliance with industry standards. Previous roles also include clinical training positions at SRA International and Constella Group, along with experience as a Sport Psychology Consultant. Sydney holds a BS in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MS in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University.
