Lexi Karlson

Lexi Karlson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain and operations management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Network Strategy & Design at Flexport since July 2018. Lexi has held multiple roles within Flexport, including EU Ground Network Manager and EU Air Imports Manager. Prior to Flexport, Lexi was a Graduate Student at the University of Antwerp, focusing on Maritime and Air Transport Management, with a thesis on attracting investors to a greenfield port. Additional experience includes managing a sport horse team at Gestuet Eichenhien, contributing as a Copywriter/Marketing Intern at Learning Sciences International, editing scholarly reviews, grading for an Agricultural Economics course at Texas A&M University, and writing grant proposals for Beacon House. Lexi holds an Advanced Masters degree in Maritime and Air Transport Management from the University of Antwerp and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Texas A&M University.
