Outi Somervuori PhD

Outi Somervuori PhD has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Outi is currently the Founder and Head of Research at Cambri since September 2019. Prior to this, Outi worked as the Development Director at Designtutkimus Helsinki from April 2015 to August 2019. Outi also served as a Researcher at Aalto University School of Business from 2007 to April 2015. Outi had the opportunity to work as a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University from August 2010 to July 2011. Outi also founded and served as the Managing Director of SMSAid oy from January 2006 to November 2010. Outi's experience includes working as a Business Unit Manager (sales & research) at Kopiosto ry from March 2002 to December 2005. Outi started their career at DHL as a Pricing & Product Manager, where they worked from 1995 to 2001.

Outi Somervuori PhD pursued their education at Aalto University School of Business from 2006 to 2012, where they received their PhD in Management Science. Prior to that, they attended Helsingin Kauppakorekakoulu from 1993 to 1998, earning a KTM degree. During their time at Helsingin Kauppakorekakoulu, they focused on marketing, accounting, and communication.
