Kaitlyn Schiltz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social media and content strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Social Media at Cambria, Kaitlyn has previously held significant roles at Sleep Number Corporation, where responsibilities included Senior Manager of Content Strategy and Partnerships, as well as Senior Manager and Manager of Social Media. As a co-founder of WeRunMPLS, Kaitlyn has demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit alongside a background in athletic events management at Life Time - The Healthy Way of Life Company. Early career experience includes a role as an AAE in Social Engagement at Olson. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul, earned between 2007 and 2010.
