Betsy Cole

Betsy Cole is an experienced leadership and executive coach with a diverse background in organizational development and education. Since January 2014, Betsy has served as a leadership coach at NewCo, focusing on evidence-based approaches to enhance mental performance and leadership habits. As part of the Cambria Coaches Network since 2005, Betsy has coached technical leaders in Fortune 10-500 companies to improve team effectiveness and influence. Betsy's extensive coaching practice includes roles as an executive leadership coach at Cole Coaching and Consulting since 1997, supporting technical and scientific leaders in communication and leadership presence. Prior experience includes serving as President of the Life Planning Network and holding leadership development roles at Beckman Coulter, Inc. Betsy holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, an MS.Ed. in Educational Leadership from the University of Miami, and a BA in Sociology and Psychology from Wellesley College.
