Gowri Cavale

Gowri Cavale is a seasoned leadership advisory services consultant at Spencer Stuart, focusing on the development of C-suite executives and senior leaders while driving business development and client relationship management. Currently serving as a fellowship coach with The Women's Impact Alliance, Gowri coaches emerging female leaders in social and environmental change. As a Foundation Board Member for the University of Bath, strategic direction for alumni engagement and fundraising activities is provided. Formerly at PwC, Gowri led various leadership development strategies across multiple countries, managed large global teams, and created innovative training programs. Educational credentials include a Hudson Certified Coach designation, Chartered Accountancy qualifications from ICAEW, and a Bachelor of Science in International Management and French from the University of Bath.
