Jeffrey Cohen

Jeffrey Cohen is a seasoned professional in the field of executive coaching, currently serving as President and lead Executive Coach at J M Cohen Associates since March 1985. Cohen is recognized as a pioneer in the discipline, having developed the "TRIADIC" executive coaching model and various innovative techniques that are now widely adopted. In addition to this role, Cohen has been an Engagement Manager and Senior Executive Coach at Coach Source since February 2001, providing tailored services for executive coaching clients. Additional experience includes a Senior Associate position at Cambria Consulting, Inc., and previous consulting roles with ORC and The Hay Group, alongside HR Director positions at Revlon International and Hertz Car and Truck Rental. Educational credentials include an MBA in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University.
