Wendy Rose is an experienced ICF MasterCoach currently serving as a Leadership and Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership in Brussels since 1998. In addition to leading Wendy Rose Ltd, which specializes in tailored leadership development for senior leaders and business owners, Wendy has provided transformative coaching within the UK Higher Education sector through Advance HE since 2009. As an Executive and Leadership Coach at Cambria Consulting since 2017, Wendy contributes to developing management teams. Previous experience includes serving as a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist from 1992 to 2002, delivering coaching and wellbeing counselling to employees at major organizations. Wendy holds a BA in History of Art from The University of Manchester, an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies from the University of Surrey, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education, and is an Accredited Executive Coach from the Center for Creative Leadership in the USA.
