Jan-Kees Helderman

Jan-Kees Helderman is a Professor in Social Policy and Governance at Radboud University Nijmegen since November 2021. Helderman also serves as Chair of the Supervisory Board at Stichting OIDOS and is the Redactievoorzitter of Bestuurskunde for the Vereniging voor Bestuurskunde since July 2019. An Associate Editor for Health Economics, Policy and Law at Cambridge University Press since January 2016, Helderman held the position of Vice Dean of Research and Director of the Institute for Management Research at Radboud University from October 2020 and previously worked as an Associate Professor in public administration and governance at the same institution. Additionally, Helderman has experience as a lecturer at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where contribution to the development of an international MSc program in Health Economics, Policy and Law occurred. Helderman holds a Master of Science in Spatial Planning from Katholieke Universiteit Nijmegen, completing this degree between 1984 and 1990.
