Anna Laidlaw, NBC-HWC, is a health coach with extensive experience in wellness and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Health Coach at Cylinder since November 2023, Anna leads audits and mentorship meetings for health coaches and dietitians, emphasizing service quality and staff retention. Previous roles include Wellness Coach at Spring Health, providing mental health support, and Master Health Coach Instructor at Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, where Anna taught a nationally recognized curriculum. Additional experience includes Care Coach at Ontrak, Inc., delivering telephonic health coaching, and various leadership positions in talent acquisition at Moelis & Company, Zolfo Cooper, Lazard, Wells Fargo, and Goldman Sachs.
