Megan Keirnan

Megan Keirnan is a highly experienced commissioning editor at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, where since May 2009, responsibilities have included commissioning new textbooks and digital products in the Life Sciences and managing existing titles. In the current role as Commissioning Editor for Life Sciences since April 2021, Megan has been instrumental in list development, project management, and fostering relationships with authors and scientific societies. Previous positions at Cambridge include Editor for Animal Behaviour and Primatology, where project management and author support were key functions. Earlier experience includes roles at James Clarke & Co, The Lutterworth Press, and the Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust. Megan holds a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Language from the University of Leeds.
