Vivek S. is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Cambridge University Press & Assessment since September 2021, overseeing the integration of Cogbooks and the development of next-generation adaptive learning tools utilizing AI/ML and GenAI. Prior to this role, Vivek S. co-founded CogBooks, an AI-driven adaptive learning platform that enhanced student outcomes at numerous US academic institutions from September 2014 until its acquisition by Cambridge University in August 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as an Enterprise Architect at Ameriprise Financials, focusing on technology strategy and enterprise architecture from July 2010 to September 2014, and various roles at Tata Consultancy Services from 2005 to 2010, including Security Consultant and Capability Domain Architect. Vivek S. holds an MBA in Information Technology and Finance from IBS Hyderabad and a Bachelor of Engineering from Malnad College of Engineering.
