Tracy Filosa

Head of CA Institute at Cambridge Associates

Tracy is a Managing Director and Head of CA Institute. She has over 25 years of experience working with colleges, universities, foundations, museums, hospitals, and independent schools ranging in size from $10 million to over $30 billion. Tracy specializes in governance, enterprise risk, spending policy, financial sustainability and the role of the endowment.

In addition to her client responsibilities, Tracy conducts research with the CA Institute team and is a frequent presenter at client roundtables and conferences.

Tracy began her career as a Consulting Associate at Cambridge Associates in 1990. Prior to rejoining Cambridge Associates in 2014, Tracy was the Principal of TAF Consulting, a firm specializing in finance and planning for non-profit institutions. Prior to founding TAF, Tracy was a Project Manager at Harvard University. She has also worked as a management consultant to non-profits at BSSA, and held analyst positions at Northeastern University and Tufts University.

Tracy received an MBA and certificate in Public and Nonprofit Management from the Questrom School of Management at Boston University and a BA in English from Tufts University.
