Karen Balbi

Karen Balbi is a Senior Service Innovation Consultant at Cambridge Consultants, where since April 2017, responsibilities include collaborating with clients to refine ambitions, ideating new business models, and leading teams through all stages of service development in sectors such as healthcare and smart cities. Previously, as a Product Manager at Telensa from December 2014 to March 2017, Karen managed the PLANet system for smart streetlights, enhancing operational efficiency across multiple global networks. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Product Manager at Radleys from January 2007 to November 2014, focusing on innovative chemistry equipment for various industries. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Product Design from Brunel University London, earned between 2001 and 2004.
