Tina Hayton-Banks

Tina Hayton-Banks has had significant work experience in the banking industry. Tina started their career in 1989 at Nationwide Building Society and held the position of Senior Integration Manager until 2011. During this time, they also worked at Derbyshire Building Society, where they held various positions, including Head of Operations and Senior Integration Manager. In 2011, Tina joined The Nottingham Building Society, where they took on roles such as Head of Customer Services, Head of Operations, Director of Member Services, and Director of Customer Service. Tina recently joined Cambridge & Counties Bank as Chief Operating Officer in 2020.

Tina Hayton-Banks pursued their education at the University of Derby from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration.
