Shylesh Srinivasan

Shylesh Srinivasan is a Hardware Engineer at Finwave Semiconductor, Inc., focusing on GaN on Si based RF ASIC R&D and mixed signal circuit design since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the University at Buffalo, where Shylesh worked on Through Silicon Thermal Via technology for high power density semiconductor devices. Previous positions span roles as a Research Student in the High Frequency & Wide Bandgap Devices Lab and as an Electronic Systems Engineer and Co-Founder at Incoen Systems, where Shylesh developed innovative printing technologies. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Technology from SRM IST Chennai, combined with incubation studies at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
