Yuxuan Zhang

Yuxuan Zhang is a Senior Device Engineer at Finwave Semiconductor, Inc. since September 2022, with prior experience as a Graduate Research Associate at The Ohio State University from May 2018 to August 2022, focusing on the development of high-quality GaN epitaxial films and high-performance vertical GaN power devices. Earlier experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at Penn State University and Xi'an Jiaotong University. Yuxuan Zhang holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution. An exchange program was completed at City University of Hong Kong in 2013.
